Assembly instructions:

Mobile Power Bank Kit Assembly Instructions:
1. The mainboard screen is fragile. Upon receipt, power on to verify screen functionality before soldering. External pressure on the screen flex cable may cause screen distortion or failure. Handle with care to protect the screen during use.
2. For normal operation, the battery wires must be soldered directly. Connecting via twisted wires, alligator clips, or spring-loaded terminals may cause insufficient power supply, affecting charging/discharging. Ensure proper insulation of battery terminals to prevent accidental contact with the mainboard during use, which could cause damage.
3. Connect the battery positive terminal to the motherboard's B+ pin and the negative terminal to B-. Do not reverse polarity, as this will burn the motherboard. Burned ICs will show visible traces, which only occur from reverse connection or accidental contact.
4. Use 3.7V lithium batteries only. Lithium iron phosphate batteries are not compatible. Connect batteries in parallel, not series. Series connection creates excessive voltage that will burn the motherboard.
5. The mainboard incorporates built-in protection. Soldered batteries require no additional protection board. Battery protection boards impose current limits; exceeding these limits will cause output disconnection.
6. After installing the mainboard and batteries, secure the batteries with adhesive tape. For battery models with thickness discrepancies relative to the casing, assess whether spacers are needed to prevent a sunken feel when pressing the casing after assembly. Issues like battery rattling or casing collapse due to failure to check thickness differences or secure batteries with tape constitute improper assembly. We assume no responsibility for casing damage or battery failure resulting from disassembly under such circumstances.
7. The snap-fit casing is not designed for repeated disassembly. Always thoroughly test all functions—including motherboard output/input, fast charging, buttons, and display—before closing the casing. Ideally, perform several charge/discharge cycles to confirm functionality before sealing. Issues arising from assembling and closing the casing without prior testing constitute improper assembly. We assume no responsibility for casing damage or battery failure resulting from disassembly required due to such issues.
